Offering the best in pick-resistant technology, the new Barrel-Key Locking Switch features a six-point tumbler cylinder and round barrel key that is extremely difficult to duplicate, providing maximum tamper resistance for today’s demanding security requirements.

Available in single-pole, double-pole, three-way, and four-way configurations, the Barrel-Key Locking Switch limits access by unauthorized personnel in public or semi-public areas where switches for lights and equipment play an important role in maintaining safety and security. The locking mechanism’s tapered head and heavy-duty steel construction provide superior pick and impact resistance, rendering knives, paper clips, and other flat objects virtually useless. The switch features a push-and-turn, ratcheting rotary action from 9 to 12 o’clock and has locks keyed alike to offer premium performance and ease of coordination between authorized personnel in comprehensive security environments.

Sold separately are clearly marked on-off steel wall plates in one and two-gang configurations, supplied with both standard and tamperproof screws. Also available is the tamperproof screwdriver and tamperproof screws ranging in size from 6-32 x ¼” to 6-32 x 2”.
